There are two guest-suites (twin or king configuration); one with shower; one with bath and shower.
Guesthouse has king configuration and both shower and bath.
Ideal for 4 couples with each bedroom having outside entrance.
All bedrooms face upon an internal courtyard which surrounds a lovely koi pond. Young children must be monitored when near the water.
Koketsu has its own gated entry from Spyglass Hill Road.
The non-resident House Manager will assure your check-in is smooth and your stay a most enjoyable one.

Check in after 4:00 PM. Check out before 10:00 AM. Early check in and late check out in when available.

No events allowed. Pets allowed upon approval.
Cleaning Fee/visit: $450.
GENERAL TERMS
50% due at time of reservation to guarantee reservation dates. The balance is due 60 days prior to check in.
If the guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the policy is the following:

B) 31-59 days - 50% Refund
C) 30 days or less - No Refund
